Welcome to Bright Pediatric Smiles! We’re so happy to welcome in your family and help children start establishing great oral hygiene habits from a young age. Before you arrive in person, though, we do ask that parents take a closer look at the information below, so they know what to expect from this first visit. Any questions or concerns? Please don’t hesitate to contact us in Poway, CA.
YOUR CHILD’S FIRST VISIT
When your child walks through our front door, we’ll be sure to greet them with a big smile and a high five! Mom or Dad can complete the new patient paperwork (if still needed) on a provided tablet while they play happily with the available toys and electronics, followed by a personal tour around the dental office. Dr. Sam will then perform a gentle cleaning and exam, letting the child pick their favorite flavor of fluoride and animal (it will make sense when they’re in the chair) for the experience; during this time, they can also watch a movie on the ceiling with headphones on, if they’d like! Finally, once the visit’s over, they can take a special trip to the treasure box for a prize and get a balloon and goodie bag as well.
DENTAL INSURANCE
Dr. Sam is happily in-network with several major PPO dental insurance plans, and our knowledgeable team understands all the in’s and out’s of maximizing benefits to their fullest extent. We’ll be happy to sit down with parents before any treatment begins in order to make sure your child’s proposed services are a good fit for your family’s budget. If we’re not in-network with your particular coverage, we may still be able to file claims on your behalf as well to make the reimbursement process very simple!
We are in-network with:
- Humana
- Ameritas
- Guardian
- MetLife
- Delta Dental
- Cigna
